Obtained the verification of the curriculum by the Council of Universities, prior to the positive report of the National Agency for the Evaluation of Quality and Accreditation, and agreed on the official character of the title by Council Agreement of Ministers of 12 November 2010 (published in the "BOE" of 16 December 2010, by Resolution of the General Secretariat of the Universities of 22 November 2010), in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force, this Rectorate has resolved to publish the curriculum leading to the obtaining of the Doctorate degree in Prevention of Occupational Risks annexed to this Resolution.

Official Doctorate Program in Occupational Risk Prevention
The formative part of this doctoral program corresponds to the Master's Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention, whose implementation was authorized by the Education Ministry according to Resolution of April 10, 2008 by the that the implementation of the Official Graduate Programs in the Universities of the Valencian Community is agreed.
Likewise, the curriculum of said master was published in the Official Diari of the Comunitat Valenciana Num. 6324 of Tuesday, August 3, 2010 and in the Official Gazette of the State Num. 191, Saturday August 7, 2010 Resolution of 19 July 2010 from the Universidad Cardenal Herrera-CEU, for which the curriculum of the University Master's degree in the Prevention of Occupational Risks is published.
