Constituted the new government, and after the approval of the Royal Decree 1823/2011, of 21 December, for which the ministerial departments are restructured, it becomes necessary to restructure the Presidency of the Government. In its virtue, on a proposal from the President of the Government and in accordance with the provisions of Article 2.2.j) of Law 50/1997 of 27 October of the Government,

DISPONGO:

Single item. Amendment of Royal Decree 1094/2011 of 15 July.

The following amendments are made to Royal Decree 1094/2011 of 15 July, which restructures the Presidency of the Government:

1. Article 1 (1) (d) shall be deleted.

2. Paragraph 3.2 of Article 2 is deleted.

3. Article 5 (1) shall have the following

:

" Under the direct dependence of the President of the Government, there will be the Economic Office of the President of the Government, at whose head a Director with the rank of Secretary of State will be present. It is for this Office to assist the President in matters relating to Economic Policy. "

4. Article 9 is deleted.

5. The third and fourth additional provisions are deleted.

Final disposition first. Budgetary changes.

By the Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, the budgetary modifications and the ratings of precise credits will be made for the fulfillment of the provisions of this royal decree.

Final disposition second. Entry into force.

This royal decree will enter into force on the day of its publication in the "Official State Gazette".
