Law 19/1995, of 4 July, of Modernization of Agricultural Holdings, in its final disposition sixth, establishes that by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, currently Ministry of Environment, and Middle Rural and Marine, the determination of the amount of the reference income in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 (12) of this Law shall be carried out periodically. This provision provides that it shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the European Union legislation and taking into account the salary data published by the National Statistics Institute.

In its virtue, I have the reference income referred to in Article 2 (12) of Law 19/1995, of 4 July, of Modernization of Agricultural Holdings, fixed for the year 2012 in the amount of 27,907 euro.

This Order shall have effect from 1 January 2012.
