Key Benefits:
1. Before 15 January 2012, the State Aviation Safety Agency shall, on its own initiative, exchange licences, ratings and endorsements in accordance with the provisions of the previous resolutions of this State Agency.
To this end, the Agency shall request from the business public entity AENA the appropriate information on the licenses, ratings and annotations of the air traffic controllers to their service.
2. Once the exchange has been carried out, the State Agency will deliver the new licenses, with their authorized ratings and annotations, to the public entity AENA so that it, in turn, will be handed over to the affected controllers who are service.
By exchanging and delivering the new licenses, air traffic controllers will be able to request the practice of how many annotations or how many modifications they deem appropriate.
3. In accordance with the first transitional provision of Royal Decree 1516/2009 of 2 October, the privileges corresponding to the licences, ratings and endorsements of which the holders are entitled shall remain in force. air traffic controllers.
