DECREE:
Article 1 °. Derogase law N. or

Article 2 °. Remember a graciable pension of $15,000.00 (fifteen thousand pesos) a month, to Mrs. Margarita Alvarez of Acquistapace, cumulative to the legal one that corresponds to her.
Article 3 °. The service of this pension will be in charge of General Rentas.
