INTERNATIONAL MONETARY FUND

INCREASING THE QUOTA OF THE REPASBLICA IS AUTHORIZED IN THE SAME

The Senate and the CA of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,

DECREE:


ArtAculo 1Aº.-AutorAzase the increase in the share of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay in the International Monetary Fund to the amount of SDR 429,100,000 (Special Rights of Giro four hundred and twenty-nine One hundred thousand).

ArtAculo 2Aº.-The integration of that quota will be made in accordance with the conditions laid down in the Resolution of the Board of Governors of the International Monetary Fund of 15 December 2010.

ArtAculo 3Aº.-The obligations required by this law shall be met with the own resources of the Central Bank of Uruguay.

ArtAculo 4Aº.-The Central Bank of Uruguay will carry out the necessary steps and the necessary operations, for account and order of the State, to integrate the increase of the quota to which the article 1Aº of the present law.
