MACIEL HOSPITAL
IS AUTHORIZED TO BE EXPROPRIATED FROM SOLAR, DESTINED FOR ITS ENLARGEMENT
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Authorize the expropriation of the solar and improvements located in the 3rd Judicial Section of Montevideo, apple N ° 10, rolls Nos. 2,539, 2,541, 2,542, and 2,543, with a surface of 756, 160, 446 and 160 meters squares, respectively located between the streets of May 25, Guarani, Washington and Juan Lindolfo Cuestas, owned by Mr. Sebastian Rivero, or successors to any title, destined for the expansion of the Hospital Maciel.
Article 2 °. The amount of these expropriations will be paid by the National Pro-Remodeling Commission of the Maciel Hospital.
