RURAL WORKERS
RULES ARE LAID DOWN FOR THE CALCULATION OF THE SUPPLEMENTARY ANNUAL SALARY AND FOR THE PAYMENT OF THE ANNUAL LICENCE.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Food and housing benefits to be paid to the rural worker shall include the calculation of the supplementary annual salary, whether they are paid in money or in kind; in the latter case, and effects of your estimate and payment, the benefits will be made in accordance with the relevant legal framework.
Article 2 °. The same provision shall apply to the calculation of the payment during the annual leave period, with the provision of power and housing for the days of duration of the payment license.
