IT IS ESTABLISHED THAT THE FUNNY PENSION AWARDED TO DONA REINA MARGARITA ELLEBORI DE ROSA IS CUMULATIVE TO THE LEGAL.
The Senate and the House of Representatives of the Eastern Republic of Uruguay, meeting in General Assembly,
DECREE:
Article 1 °. Establish that the graciable pension granted by law N °
12,370, from January 10, 1957 to Mrs. Reina Margarita Ellebori de Rosa and her minor children Queen Mary Auxiliadora and José Leopoldo Rosa Ellebori, is cumulative to the legal one that can correspond to them.
Article 2 °. Commune, etc.
